An independent review of Tulsa’s government was completed in September 2010. The study by KPMG, a global auditing and management consulting firm, includes 1,100 recommendations of changes that would make the city more efficient, as well as raise and save money. A Management Review Office, led by city staff, is evaluating the report to determine which of the suggestions should be implemented.
