Robin Roberts puts Nashville Okies 'In the Spotlight'

Several Oklahoma country music stars are among the artists who will be profiled in a new ABC television special, "In the Spotlight With Robin Roberts: Bright Lights. Big Stars. All Access Nashville," on Tuesday.
Checotah native Carrie Underwood, Norman native Vince Gill and Rascal Flatts — with Picher native Joe Don Rooney — are among the stars featured in the one-hour special, airing on Tulsa's KTUL, channel 8.
Tim McGraw and Martina McBride also will be profiled, and Rosanne Cash, Gill and Loretta Lynn will be interviewed about their musical families, the CMT Web site showed.
In addition, President Barack Obama, Taylor Swift and Rascal Flatts will take part in a segment about their favorite country songs, the site reported.

to vote, too. The winning song will be revealed the following morning on "Good Morning America."
