Midnight Munchies
2 cups corn chex cereal
1 cup pecan halves
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup dried cranberries
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a large baking sheet.
In large bowl, combine cereal, pecans, cinnamon and salt. Stir in syrup and toss well to coat evenly. Spread mixture in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until mixture is lightly browned and syrup has carmelized.
Toss mixture with cranberries and cool completely.
Serve, or store in airtight container.
