Incorporate strength training into your routine

If you plan to participate in a total body strength training program, make sure you do this no more than three non-consecutive days each week.

Muscle is three times as metabolically active as fat. By actively using the large muscle groups, you will prevent the normal muscle loss that comes with age and also increase your metabolism.

Results can be achieved in as little as two 30 minute training sessions each week.
