Basketball: 66ers to hold tryout

The Tulsa 66ers of the NBA Development League have announced plans for an open tryout.

66ers season to tip off Nov. 22

The Tulsa 66ers of the NBA Development League tip off their season with back-to-back home games Nov. 22-23 against the Iowa Energy.

Highlight: The Tulsa 66ers fell to the Canton Charge, 102-80, in Game 2 of the NBA D-League playoffs first round on Friday in Canton, Ohio.

Oklahoma City assignee Jeremy Lamb scored 23 points with five rebounds and five steals. Rasual Butler scored 15 points and grabbed four rebounds.

Notes: Tulsa is 2-0 all-time in a Game 3 with both wins coming on the road during the 2010 postseason ... The 66ers forced 20 Charge turnovers, including 13 off of steals.

Series: Tied 1-1 (best of three).

Up next: At Canton, 2 p.m. Sunday.
