Terri George has joined McGraw Realtors. She has been a licensed sales associate agent for 27 years. She is a Broken Arrow expert due to being a long-time resident for more than 35 years.
Shara Clarke Thayer has joined McGraw Realtors in sales/property management and leasing. Clark Thayer, a long-time resident of Tulsa, has been actively involved in the real estate business for more than 20 years handling sales, listings, leasing, property management, mortgage lending and new construction. She is a member of NAR, OAR and GTAR, as well as having GRI and CRS designations.
Diane Miller has joined Chinowth & Cohen Realtors South office. Miller has been a licensed realtor for more than 20 years. She was born and raised on her family’s cattle ranch in Osage County, which she and her husband own and work on to this day. Miller has the advantage of having a farm and ranch background but also has residential expertise. She was the exclusive realtor for Carriage Crossing in Broken Arrow, where she promoted the neighborhood from the ground up.
She’s also worked with seniors in transitioning to a retirement community.
She studied aviation science at Oklahoma State University and Spartan School of Aeronautics. She’s a certified flying instructor and has taught at Tulsa Vo-Tech.
Miller and her husband have been married for 43 years, and they have two children.
Patsy Varnell has joined the Sand Springs Chinowth & Cohen office. She was born and raised in the Tulsa area. She lived in Mannford for 30 years and worked for many years in Sand Springs and is very involved in the community. She’s a graduate of Leadership Sand Springs, involved with the American Legion Auxiliary, the Associates of Vietnam Veterans of America and the National Foundation for Veterans and Families.
Dave and Sharon Atcheson recently joined Chinowth & Cohen’s South office. The husband-and-wife team has lived and worked in the Tulsa area for more than 40 years. Sharon is a retired elementary school principal, and Dave has worked in the real estate industry for more than a decade.
Dave is a Certified New Home Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and GREEN. He’s a member of the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors, the Oklahoma Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Dave holds a business degree from Kansas State University. Sharon has a Master’s degree in elementary school administration from Northeastern State University.
