A bicyclist was hospitalized after he was struck by car Wednesday morning.

Tulsa police said a 70-year-old man was attempting to make a left turn on a bicycle near the intersection of Pine Street and Boston Avenue when he was hit by a small red vehicle about 9 a.m., Officer Leland Ashley said.

The man was transported by EMSA to an area hospital. His condition his unknown, police said.

No citations were issued after police determined the driver was not a fault, Ashley said.
