A Broken Arrow teenager was charged with first-degree rape Friday.

Brian Caleb Jones, 18, was arrested after he left a restaurant in the 700 block of West New Orleans Street (101st Street) on Aug. 8.

A 15-year-old girl had accused him of raping her, according to his arrest report.

Jones, according to the document, initially denied having sexual contact with the girl but recanted after DNA swabs were taken.

He told police that he did have sex with the girl, who he claimed didn't say no but also didn't say yes, the report states.

The girl told police that she said no several times and tried to push Jones away but that Jones was too large to fight off.

According to the charge filed Friday, Jones is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 178 pounds.
