Loved golf, sports and racing. Loving husband, dad, son and friend. Survived by: wife, Kim Lacy; daughter and son-in-law, Amber and Phillip Powell; father, Charles Lacy, Sr.; mother, Lacy Page; brothers, Nicholas and Nathanial Page; grandson, Andrew Powell; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
