Construction worker dies on OU campus

The Regents will consider architectural firms to provide construction of storm-hardened shelters in the housing area on the Norman campus.
The group is the fourth delegation of visiting faculty from the university to visit OSU.
NORMAN — A construction worker died Monday after an accident on a construction site on the University of Oklahoma campus, OU officials said Wednesday.
The worker, whose name was not released, was working for Lippert Construction at a site on OU's research campus when the accident happened, OU spokeswoman Catherine Bishop said.
Bishop said the company and state regulators are investigating the accident.
