There's not enough evidence yet to declare that the defense has arrived, but evidence thus far is promising.

The Oklahoma State men kept their No. 1 ranking in the Midwest Region, according to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) poll, while the OSU women remain No. 2. On the men's side, Tulsa is No. 2, and Oklahoma is No. 10. The Hurricane women are No. 5.
