76, went to Heaven, September 11, 2013. He was a retired from American Airlines and traveled and taught in International Bible Schools with Victory Bible Institute in Tulsa, OK. He is survived by: his wife the former, Jane Webb; children, Stephanie R. Dunkelgod (Dennis), Laurie J. Schafer, and Phil M. Johnson (Nicole’); five grandchildren; and two greatgranddaughters;brother, Dr. Gerry Johnson. His memorial service is 1:00 p.m. (EST), Monday, at Life of Faith Bible Church, 14200 Spegal Ln., Louisville, KY 40299.
