The Tulsa World is looking for photographers
to shoot all the action surrounding
high school football games
— the fans, the bands, the mascots,
the cheerleaders and plays on the field.
This will be in addition to the staff photographers
we send to area games.
Photographers would be paid $25 a
game plus a commission on each photo
sold.
A number of photographers have
signed up to cover many area schools,
but these schools remain unassigned:
Berryhill, Bixby, Cascia Hall, East
Central, Hale, Holland Hall, McLain,
Memorial, Metro Christian, Muskogee,
Okmulgee, Rogers, Sapulpa, Victory
Christian, Wagoner and Webster.
After each game, the photographer
will upload photos and a photo gallery
will be created that will appear on
tulsaworld.com/highschools with the rest
of the coverage of high school football.
We would like to have a photographer
at each home game for every high
school in northeastern Oklahoma. We
want all the public and private schools.
If a school plays football, it is eligible.
If you know someone who would
be interested, contact Jason Powers at
jason.powers@tulsaworld.com or call
918-732-8112 to sign up and receive
more information.
You must be signed up before you
can receive payment. With your help,
we hope to have hundreds of photos
available for your fans to enjoy each
week this season on
tulsaworld.com/highschools.
