A Glenpool woman was sentenced Friday to 45 years in prison on counts of sexually abusing a 4-year-old relative and permitting the girl to be sexually abused by the woman’s boyfriend.
Samantha Jo Bryant, 23, pleaded guilty on May 10 with no agreement with prosecutors to govern her punishment.
Tulsa County District Judge Tom Gillert sentenced her Friday to consecutive prison terms of 30 years and 15 years.
Gillert agreed to review the sentence in a year.
Bryant is required to serve 85 percent of her prison sentence before becoming eligible for parole.
Prosecutors alleged in court documents that Bryant performed a sex act on a 4-year-old girl at a Glenpool residence while Jon Adleta took photographs.
Adleta, whose last name is spelled Adelta in some records, also has been accused of performing a sex act on the girl as Bryant recorded it on her cellphone, according to an arrest report.
The offenses occurred in or about December, the charges against Bryant state.
Adleta has been indicted in federal court in Florida on an allegation of being involved in the interstate transportation of a minor with an intent to engage in sexual activity.
He has not been charged in Tulsa County District Court concerning his alleged conduct regarding Bryant and the 4-year-old, records indicate.
