Murder-accessory case hearing is postponed

A hearing for a man who is charged as an accessory to first-degree murder after the fact in connection with the 1992 disappearance and deaths of three people was postponed Monday.

SAPULPA — Creek County Rural Water District 2 is asking its customers in the Sapulpa area of the district to restrict outside watering as a precautionary measure while the Sapulpa tower is out of service.

The tower has been drained as crews work to repair a leak, but household water service is not expected to be disrupted.

There are about 816 customers in the Sapulpa area. Those uncertain of their service area should call 918-299-4448.

District 2 buys water from the city of Sapulpa.
