87 of Tulsa, left this earth Saturday, September 14, 2013.
81 years of age, born April 25, death by natural causes on Thursday, September 5, 2013, at home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born and raised in Sayre, Oklahoma, parents Linnie Elinor (White) and Ona Houston Thompson.
She is survived by: her devoted husband, James (Jim) Shores; sisters, Norva Parker, Wanda Shores and Louise Lefevre. Her loving children, Danny and Dede (deceased) Tracy, Malcolm and Judy Tracy, Janet Tracy (deceased) and Steve and Kris Shores. Adored by her grandchildren: Brett and Megan Tracy, Brandi Tracy, Jenny and Ryan Pirkle, Connor Tracy, Jeff and Nancy Shores, Jennifer Sartin, Kimberly and Jason Eisendrath, Peter and Michele Baumann and Brian and Noy Baumann. Great-grandchildren: Trenton, Tyler, Kaitlin, Haley, Spencer, Braden, Caleb, Lara, Caden, Ashlyn, Brooke, Cason and Blake. Nieces, nephews and friends. Care givers Cathey James and Linsey Curtis. Predeceased by her brothers: Daren, Gerald and Edsel Thompson.
Service will be heard Saturday, September 14, 2013, 11:00am at Joy Lutheran Church 9940 S. Yale Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74137. There will be a light lunch following in the Fellowship Hall. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Joy Lutheran Music Fund.
