A child endangerment charge was filed against a Skiatook man on accusations that he drove under the influence of alcohol with a child in his vehicle.

The charges allege David Andrew Black was intoxicated when he was stopped July 20 by police in the 700 block of East Rogers Boulevard.

Black, 33, was charged Thursday in Tulsa County District Court on single counts of child endangerment, driving under the influence and obstructing an officer, according to court records.

He was not listed in custody as of Friday.
