A Tulsa man charged with first-degree burglary and kidnapping for allegedly breaking into a home and abducting a woman last November is the Tulsa's Police Department's "Most Wanted."

Ezedrick Evans, 27, is accused of entering a home in the 6700 block of South Zunis Avenue Nov, 19, 2012 and held a gun to the head of a woman inside, according to court documents.

Prosecutors allege he then held the woman inside the home against her will and struck her with a curtain rod, documents say.

Evans was charged in Tulsa County District Court on Jan.11 with single counts of first-degree burglary, domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, kidnapping and domestic assault and battery, court records show.

A judge issued a $50,000 warrant for his arrest.

Evans is described as black, 6 feet 3 inches tall and about 180 pounds, police said.

Anyone with more information of Evans' whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS (2677), online at tulsaworld.com/crimestoppers or via text message at CRIMES (274637). Text tips should begin with “Tip918.” Tipsters can remain anonymous and may earn a reward.
