A lewd molestation charge was filed against an Owasso man accused of inappropriately touching an underage girl.

Michael Allen Scott, 55, was charged Thursday in Tulsa County District Court with one count of lewd molestation, court documents indicate.

Prosecutors allege Scott kissed and placed his tongue in the mouth of a 16-year-old girl at residence in the 11000 block of North 135th East Avenue on July 11, documents said.

Scott was not listed in custody Friday.

A judge issued a $25,000 warrant for his arrest, records show.
