Browns to start Hoyer, not former OSU quarterback Weeden

It's not yet known how long Weeden will be sidelined. He has already been sacked 11 times this season.

Oklahoma State junior receiver Josh Stewart has been named the Big 12's special teams player of the week.

Stewart scored on a 67-yard punt return and returned another punt 41 yards to set up a touchdown in OSU's 59-3 victory over Lamar. He finished with 114 punt returns yards, the eighth-best single-game total in program history.

Stewart became the first Cowboy to return a punt for a score since Josh Cooper's 66-yarder on Sept. 11, 2010. Stewart's return was the longest by an OSU player since 2009.
