Compared to last week: Feeder steers 1.00-3.00 lower. Feeder heifers steady to 2.00 lower. Demand moderate for feeder cattle. Steer and heifer calves sold with very good demand. Quality plain to average. Heat has caused corn prices to move higher, thus slowing the demand for feeder cattle. Receipts this week totaled 70 percent over 600 lbs and 39 percent heifers.
