Junior League's newest class

The Junior League of Tulsa (JLT) has inducted its 90th class of provisional members - 110 strong.

In the average provisional member's first year of involvement, they spend anywhere from three to six hours per month volunteering their time. This time is split between the monthly meetings and their committee obligations. The provisional members attend both provisional and general meetings monthly, and participate in their committees' chosen projects and activities.

Ultimately, JLT is a training organization. Each provisional member will be given many opportunities to learn and grow as volunteers and fundraisers with the goal of building a better Tulsa.

JLT is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable, and its focus is women and children in transition.
