Two Tulsa men were arrested early Wednesday after they led police on a vehicle pursuit following being caught attempting to steal an ATM.

About 2 a.m., police responded to an alarm at the Bank of America in the 200 block of East Pine Street, Cpl. Tami Manz said.

Officers at the scene spotted a pickup truck at the bank with chains extending from the back of vehicle near an ATM.

Police chased the truck for 40 minutes, before the pursuit ended in the 2400 block of North Yale Avenue, Manz said.

Two men inside the truck were captured by police and taken into custody, she said.

Terrance Reed,21, was booked into the Tulsa Jail on second-degree burglary and eluding complaints, jail records show.

Marcus Robinson, 21,is being held on a single second-degree burglary complaint.

A third man, who ran from the scene, is still at-large, police said.

Police were unable to provide a detailed description.
