Some Sapulpa-area customers are being asked to conserve water

A hearing for a man who is charged as an accessory to first-degree murder after the fact in connection with the 1992 disappearance and deaths of three people was postponed Monday.
SAPULPA - Creek County Rural Water District 2 is asking its customers in the Sapulpa area to restrict outside watering as a precautionary measure while its Sapulpa tower is out of service.
The tower has been drained so crews can repair a leak, but household water service is not expected to be disrupted.
The district has about 816 customers in the Sapulpa area.
Residents uncertain of their service area should call 918-299-4448.
District 2 buys water from the city of Sapulpa.
