STILLWATER — Oklahoma Treasurer Ken Miller is headed to Stillwater to give away a Coach Mike Gundy-autographed football and help fans attending the Oklahoma State-Lamar game find their unclaimed property.

Miller and his unclaimed property staff will be at the Hall of Fame Block Party on the north side of Boone Pickens Stadium prior to Saturday's kick-off. They'll help fans look for their names on the unclaimed property list and register to win the autographed football.

Miller said his office is holding $500 million for 825,000 Oklahomans and he'd like to return it. Miller said his office has unclaimed property for about one-in-five Oklahomans.

Businesses that lose track of people to whom they owe money are required to remit the funds to the state treasurer with the names of the owners. Althea Peterson
