A Vinita woman who is accused of involving a 2-year-old family member in pornography was sentenced Tuesday to prison terms totaling 68 years.

Brittiny Linne Dick, 22, pleaded guilty in May to two counts each of manufacturing child pornography and distributing child pornography. She had no plea agreement with prosecutors to govern her punishment.

Tulsa County District Judge Kurt Glassco sentenced her to four consecutive 17-year prison terms.

In one count, Dick was charged with taking photos of a naked 2-year-old girl "after posing her in a sexually explicit manner," a court document says.

Those photos were taken in Craig County to be sent to Tulsa County, the charge says.

Co-defendant Ricky Lewis was sentenced in April to 60 years in prison on eight felony counts related to child pornography and obscene material.

A report indicated that Dick contacted Lewis via the Internet because Dick was "feeling lonely," according to Assistant District Attorney Sarah McAmis.

Lewis, 32, of Tulsa, pleaded guilty in March to manufacturing and distributing child pornography and using a computer to facilitate a sex crime.

He also pleaded guilty to two counts of manufacturing obscene material, linked to photos of himself engaged in sexual conduct with a dog, court records show.

Lewis pleaded no contest to procuring and attempting to procure the participation of a minor in child pornography.

He was accused of seeking photos of a naked 3-month-old girl, which he was prevented from acquiring because of law enforcement intervention, court records show.

Lewis also pleaded no contest to aggravated possession of child pornography.

A count of attempting to procure the participation of a minor in child pornography and a count of possessing child pornography are pending against a third defendant in the case, Sally Deupree, 55, of Glenpool.
