A Broken Arrow woman was jailed Wednesday on accusations that she fought and attempted to run over her mother and neighbors with a car in the presence of her young daughter.
Lyndsay Renee Spegal, 28, was booked into the Tulsa Jail on complaints of child endangerment, domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor, unlawful possession of a weapon and assault with a deadly weapon, jail records show.
The incident took place about 7 p.m. outside a Bixby home in the 11600 block of South 98th East Avenue, according to Spegal's arrest report.
The report states that Spegal's mother said her daughter "appeared to be on drugs" and began to fight her while they were traveling inside a vehicle near 33rd Street and Memorial Drive.
The mother also claimed that when they arrived at the house in Bixby, Spegal grabbed her around the throat, wrestled her to the ground and took her car keys, the report said.
Spegal then tried to speed from the scene with her 4-year-old daughter in the vehicle and nearly struck neighbors who attempted to intervene, said the report.
Spegal drove to a home in the 4400 block of Cypress Avenue of Broken Arrow, where she was later arrested by Broken Arrow police.
She remains held in lieu of $50,000 bail.
