Moore death toll stands at 24; nine of the dead were children

Lincoln, McClain, Oklahoma and Pottawatomie counties are named in the federal disaster declaration as well as Cleveland County. The storm has resulted in at least 24 deaths, including seven children from an elementary school, and 237 injuries.

Bob Stoops: Loss of children is "heartbreaking."
