Hundreds of images come in over the Associated Press wire everyday.
Sometimes the best, most compelling images are easy to spot. Other times there are too many mug shots of alleged criminals or group pictures of celebrities on the red carpet that overshadow the good stuff.
After almost a week away from the AP wire, I timed a search just right this afternoon and didn't have to look far for some very compelling images.
