If you check out the Tulsa World's classifieds, you'll see it's going to be a big weekend for garage sales.
It's no wonder. With weather this nice, you wouldn't mind planting yourself on a lawn chair to sell your old stuff.
One of those garage sales this weekend is the Tulsa Mothers of Multiples fall sale. Nearly 100 members will take the contents of their own garage sales and combine them in the huge gymnasium at the Open Bible Fellowship Church, near 71st Street and Riverside Drive.
If you're looking for baby gear, toys or furniture, it's a good place to find bargains. And if you missed the recent Just Between Friends sale, or if you didn't get enough, this is another chance.
I'm a member of the Mothers of Multiples group, and I've found some bargains over the last two years. Since every member of the group has multiple kids, that equates to a bunch of people with houses full of games, DVD's and clothes. Among the items I've purchased are a double stroller, matching Christmas dresses and changing table covers.
I asked some of the women in the group what they're selling, and here's a sample of some of the best deals:
