A surveillance video in which actress
Lindsay Lohan is alleged to have grazed a New York City chef with her Porsche earlier this week has been released.
Except whether anyone is actually being hit is hard to see, but take a look.
Police told Reuters Lohan clipped the 34-year-old man in an alley around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday. The man later went to the hospital saying his knee had been injured.
Lohan was arrested while exiting Manhattan’s Dream Hotel for leaving the scene of an accident.
New York Police told the news wire that Lohan was issued a desk summons and released.
"While some of the facts are still being gathered, it appears that this is much ado about nothing. We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the coming weeks and the claims being made against Lindsay will be proven untrue," spokesman Steve Honig said in a statement.
In response to the latest incident, Lohan’s mother Dina told the
New York Daily News that she couldn’t make excuses for her daugher’s behavior.
“But she’s a 26-year-old woman,” said Dina Lohan, adding however, that if she were to do the whole raising Lindsay thing again, she might not let her be a child star.
And speaking of child stars,Besides actress
Amanda Bynes getting kicked out of her spin class earlier this week:
..sources close to the “She’s The Man” actress are disputing rumors that Bynes has been dropped by her lawyer, agent
and publicist during the past few weeks.
It’s just “not true,” a source told E! News.
Now even it did happen to be “true,” that might work for Bynes, who in 2010 announced she was retiring from acting to pursue a career in fashion.
And why was she kicked out of that cycling class? Neither the instructor nor his gym have gone into it.
