No release date for the single has been announced. The movie is set for a late October release.
The English songbird's 2011 album, "21," is the longest-running No. 1 album by a female solo artist in UK and US Albums Chart history. Tedder won a Grammy Award for his production collaboration, which also included Columbia Records co-president Rick Rubin, Paul Epworth, Jim Abbiss and Dan Wilson.
Adele has said she's already working on her next studio album, which will be inspired by her pregnancy and relationship with boyfriend Simon Konecki.
