Animal adoption event at Woodland Hills Mall on Saturday

The fourth annual Get Your Licks on Route 66: Cross-Country Animal Adoption Tour will be in Tulsa Saturday.

Tulsa community members can attend the event to adopt a dog, participate in contests benefiting local animal shelters and learn about homeless pets in need of loving homes.

Donations made at the event will benefit the Animal Rescue Foundation.

The event will be at Woodland Hills Mall, 7021 S. Memorial Drive, from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday.
