Watch the MTV Video Music Awards last night?

Sorry, missed the boat on that one -- was too busy sulking or something. Whatever, I've since caught up on all the Britney gossip. Good for her winning three Moonmen and, most of all, looking awesome.

Here's a little somethin' somethin' I thought you might be interested in, seeing as how a few starlets were wearing them at the VMAs: Grippy Steps. Heard about 'em?

Apparently, singer Miley Cyrus, and actresses Lauren Conrad and Kristen Stewart arrived at the awards in Grippy Steps by Apara Footcare, according to the company. They're discrete black pads that attach firmly to the soles of your heels to keep slippery feet on stage and not upside down in the orchestra pit.

Price: About $8 at DSW Shoe Warehouses nationwide.
