Last weekend was packed with news events that made for interesting photos from news and entertainment photographers around the world. A massive snowstorm hit the northeast region of the US, while in Los Angeles, artists and performers gathered for the Grammy Awards and this morning, Pope Benedict XVI announced that he would resign, effective Feb. 28, 2013.
