Tulsa Bieber fans, get ready.

The superstar singer is giving fans a preview of his show in the NBC special "Justin Bieber: All Around the World" airing June 21.

The superstar's first network special will use documentary and performance footage to go behind the scenes of the global tour plus use a "Justin-Cam" to show what life is like through the eyes of the Canadian pop singer, the network announced Wednesday.

"We're thrilled to air Justin Bieber's first network special," said Doug Vaughan, senior vice president of special programs and late night for NBC.

"We'll have unprecedented access to Justin as our cameras film not only his performances, but his every move on this global tour — giving our viewers an all access pass to his life over a 12-day period, something rarely seen on TV today."

The one-hour special will air at 7 p.m. June 21 on NBC, channel 2, cable 9.

Bieber is set to showcase his new album "Believe," with his no. 1 single "Boyfriend," in Tulsa on Jan. 9. His world tour includes seven countries in 12 days.

Really? Oh my goodness, this is what teen girls are into now-a-days? On the other hand, guess it could be worse. It could be Marilyn Manson.

Rita Sherrow grew up with TV. Yes, it was the ever-present “sister” from another techno mother. At first look, it was instant "Like." From then on, the TV had to be on in every room while she studied, elementary school through college. An Air Force brat, she attended school in three states (Oklahoma, Montana and Georgia) and two foreign countries (Germany and Bermuda) and graduated from Broken Arrow High School and the University of Tulsa with a degree in journalism/advertising. She first interned in the advertising world but, when a J-School professor (who also covered politics for the Tulsa World) offered her an internship at the newspaper, she took him up on it. The rest is history. She has served as bridal editor, senior features writer for the women’s section, food editor and is television editor of the Tulsa World. In addition to writing about TV shows and interviewing the stars for “Scene” stories, she also writes a TV column for Weekend and produces the Sunday TV World listings magazine.
