Barry Gibb isn't publicly voicing his grief over the recent death of his brother and bandmate Robin Gibb. He's saying it with an emotional video montage set to the BeeGees "Heart Like Me, " a film posted to youtube that includes home movies of the brothers growing up and their career as the mega-successful British pop group.
Gibb titled the film "Bodding," which was brother Robin's nickname, according to the dailymirror.com.
The second of the three brothers died May 20 "following his long battle with cancer and intestinal surgery," according to a post on his Twitter feed. He was 62.
The BeeGees were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997, sold more than 200 million albums, and their soundtrack album to "Saturday Night Fever" was the top-selling album until Michael Jackson's "Thriller" took the title in the 1980s.
Robin's twin brother Maurice died in 2003 from complications of a twisted bowel and younger brother Andy, 30, who was not a member of the BeeGees, died from a heart infection in 1988.
Barry, 65, is the sole surviving brother. Robin is survived by his wife Dwina, daughter Melissa and sons Spencer and Robin-John, according to cnn.com.
The family is reportedly planning a private funeral for next week with a possible memorial service later.
