The Brasserie, 3509 S. Peoria Ave., is having a dinner at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 23 featuring Bell Wine Cellars wines.
Bell is a Napa Valley winery out of Yountville that specializes in limited-production, hand-crafted wines.
Bell's sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, merlot, sonnette (Bordeaux blend) and claret will be paired with such dishes as walnut-crusted sea scallops, Chilean sea bass, roast rack of New Zealand lamb and oven-roasted fruits.
The seven-course dinner is $85 per person. Reservations: 779-7070.
