Cakebread Winery, the celebrated Napa Valley winery founded by Jack and Delores Cakebread in 1973, has announced the six guest chefs and initial schedule of events for its 26th-annual American Harvest Workshop set Sept. 8-12.
The workshop is a hands-on, four-day wine and food program. Each year Cakebread brings in chefs from around the world for four days of menu collaboration, grape harvesting, cooking, purveyor visiting, and more.
Chefs participating this year are David Hawksworth, Hawksworth Restaurant, Vancouver, Canada; Greg Biggers, Sofitel Chicago Water Tower; Danny Trace, Brennan's Houston; Daniel Stern, R2L, Philadelphia, and Will Bradof and Paul Wireman, Trio, Jackson, Wyo.
