Carrie Underwood is setting new milestones once again.
Last year, she became only the second country artist in history to have a song RIAA certified as a platinum mastertone, recognizing sales of 1 million ringtones.
Following that initial certification for her smash, “Before He Cheats,” Carrie now becomes the first country artist to have two songs achieve platinum status with the certification of her Grammy-winning “Jesus, Take the Wheel.”
Both songs are featured on Underwood's seven-time platinum debut album, "Some Hearts," and are two of the hits that have made Underwood the only artist in country chart history to have their first seven singles all reach No. 1.
Underwood will perform at Tulsa's BOK Center on Oct. 29. Ticket information is not yet available from the BOK Web site.
Rumor is she'll also be in her home town of Checotah this weekend to visit family and friends.
