The Charbay Vodka dinner at Local Table was postponed from this week to next Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
Proprietor-chef Tuck Curren has planned a four-course dinner to pair with specialty drinks made with the highly regarded Charbay vodka.
Fried calamari with mango pico de gallo and red chili horseradish will go with a Charbay Myer lemon vodka collins; penne pasta with roasted tomato sauce, orange and olives will pair with Charbay blood orange Cosmo; grilled skirt steak with green rice, guacamole and roasted pineapple-habanero salsa will go with Charbay tequila sunrise, and banana-walnut spring rolls with caramel-rum sauce will pair with Charbay green tea ice cream drink.
The restaurant is at 4329 S. Peoria Ave. Cost is $30, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations: 918-794-8013.
