Washington state winemaker Charles Smith has developed a solid following in Tulsa over the past few years, and chef-proprietor Tuck Curren has written a menu to go with three of Smith's wines at a dinner at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Local Table, 4329 S. Peoria Ave.

The dinner will include grilled watermelon and arugula salad, paired with Charles Smith Kung Fu Girl riesling; Asian pork and mushroom lettuce wrap with Charles & Charles rose; grilled Mexican short ribs with lime cabbage and corn on the cob with Charles & Charles Red (a blend of cabernet sauvignon and syrah), and lemon bars with blueberry sauce.

Cost is $30. Reservations: 918-794-8013.
