The Copper Bar in Price Tower in Bartlesville recently launched a spring menu from new chef Lorie Auguste.
Auguste, who came to Copper Bar from Los Angeles, has developed a menu of dishes, many on the lighter side, featuring fresh ingredients.
Among the signature dishes are housemade egg rolls, available in pork, chicken, veggie or a combo; cubano panini with slow-cooked pork, ham, Swiss cheese, mustard and pickles on grilled sourdough bread; and a veggie panini with olive tapenade spread, Swiss cheese and a mix of grilled veggies on grilled sourdough.
Other items include French onion tart, brie en croute, fried calamari, grilled chicken sandwich, pizza, Asian lettuce cups, Greek salad and caprese salad.
The entire menu is priced $5 to $10.
The Price Tower, built by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1956, and the Copper Bar are certain to draw many visitors during the upcoming OK Mozart International Festival in Bartlesville.
The festival is scheduled June 8-17 at the Bartlesville Community Center. Season tickets for the seven major concerts are $105-$220 adults, $80-$180 students. Season tickets for the afternoon Chamber Music Series are $74-$96 adults, $48-$70 students. Single tickets for all events also are available.
