Sunday’s
Emmylou Harris concert at Brady Theater has been postponed, event promoter Larry Shaeffer said Thursday.
Due to a death in Harris’ family, she has postponed all her current tour dates until further notice.
Harris is on her way to Nashville to make funeral arrangements and take care of other business, Shaeffer said.
“Ideally, we’d like more notice, but stuff happens sometimes. ... It is our intent to reschedule this show as soon as possible,” he said.
He hopes it can be rescheduled for later this year or early 2009, he said.
Shaeffer said ticketholders can get refunds by returning to the place the tickets were purchased: the GetTix web site or by calling GetTix at (866) 443-8849, Reasor’s, Starship Records, Buy For Less in Oklahoma City and the Brady Theater Box Office.
