What's the most embarrassing thing ...

As I confessed in my Tuesday column, I'm a clumsy hooker.

But I'm also nosy, as I want to hear about YOUR most embarrassing ...

Is it really vandalism when it's a sticker with the words "nipple clamps"?

Aside from enjoying humorous ones spied on others' automobiles, I'm not a fan of bumper stickers.

I blame my father, ...

Where is the oddest place you've ever taken cover during bad weather?

During last week's bad weather, when a tornado siren sounded around midnight, I was caught at a midtown QuikTrip.

The luxurious breadth of Giorgio Armani’s designs for women and men is now available within one location in Dallas' premiere shopping destination, the NorthPark Center.

The new Giorgio Armani boutique, the first ever in Dallas, has facades facing both the luxury corridor and the newly-created, fully-landscaped CenterPark. Adjacent to the boutique's site are other premium fashion brands, as well as a courtyard housing kinetic humanoid sculptures by Jonathan Borofsky.

The store design represents a transition from the highly-acclaimed Armani boutique in Shanghai and features design elements evolved from the Avenue Montaigne store in Paris. Grey composite stone, in oversized floor slabs, create a continuous plain throughout the space, which measures approximately 5,300 square feet. Ebonized frames display the latest collections in both forward-facing silhouette and shoulder-hung styles. New translucent mannequins animate the clothing, accentuating the fluid drape of the garments. The height of the ceiling and the transparency of the display frames create a buoyant space that juxtaposes with the simplicity of solid floor displays finished in soft matte ebony. Lighting diffuses discretely from troughs set flush while music envelops the soft fabric-wrapped space from invisible speakers.

Innovative merchandise displays are a new prototype for the American boutiques. Women’s and Men’s accessories are shown in open rooms with these new lacquer, tiered fixtures backed with fluted lacquer panels for a seamless display of shoes, handbags and luggage. The well-appointed fitting rooms continue the elegantly tranquil experience, outfitted with pleated walls, modern dark ebony furnishings and simple matching leather cushions.

The Armani Group is one of the leading fashion and luxury goods groups in the world today with 4,900 direct employees and 13 factories. It designs, manufactures, distributes, and retails fashion and lifestyle products including apparel, accessories, eyewear, watches, jewelry, home furnishings, fragrances and cosmetics under a range of brand names: Giorgio Armani Prive, Giorgio Armani, Armani Collezioni, Emporio Armani, AJ Armani Jeans, A/X Armani Exchange, Armani Junior, Armani Baby and Armani Casa.
