FLUFF: "Magic Mike 2"? Channing Tatum says "Yes!" -- repeatedly, no less

Channing Tatum (do I really need to tell you which one he is in the pic?) said he's up for a sequel to "Magic Mike." Alright, alright, alright, alright ...

"Alright, alright, alright, alright!" -- Dallas, "Magic Mike"

That quote, which Matthew McConaughey's unctuous strip-club owner said repeatedly throughout "Magic Mike," reverberated in my head the rest of the day. Yes, I saw it, and I've said alright alright alright myself to the possibility of a sequel. I mean, really, what happened to that girl's idiot brother with the drug problem? Is he going to go to Miami, make it big and be more stupid? These things weigh on my mind.

So I was quite excited to read CNN.com's Marquee Blog about "Magic Mike" himself, Channing Tatum, telling Glamour UK "Yes, yes and yes!" to the possibility of a sequel to his stripper comedy. In fact, he's actually working on a concept already.

He's even said it's going to be "bigger." Not sure what that means.

No date was mentioned, but I'll try to keep you posted when that comes out. In the mean time, light a candle for poor what's-her-name's brother in Miami.

Peace, love and magic ... XOXO

P.S.: If you see a T-shirt that has "Alright, alright, alright, alright!" on it, LET ME KNOW.

While other kids were watching "The Smurfs," Scene Writer Jason Ashley Wright was tuned in to "Style with Elsa Klensch." By fourth grade, he knew he wanted to write, and spent almost three years publishing a weekly teen-oriented magazine, Teen-Zine -- circulation: 2. After earning a degree in journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi, he became the medical reporter and teen board coordinator for the Hattiesburg (Miss.) American, a Gannett newspaper. Eight months later, with visions of Elsa dancing in his head, he applied for the fashion writer position at the Tulsa World, where he began working on Aug. 3, 1998. He is now a general assignment reporter for Scene.
