Family fun at this weekend's Brush Creek Bazaar

Here's a fun happening if you're looking for something to do this weekend. The Brushcreek Bazaar is a great chance to spend some time outdoors on a beautiful ranch.
You can soak up some Oklahoma fall sunshine while shopping and nibbling.
Expect circus-style tents with entertainment, children's activities, fall flowers, a historical log barn and dozens of arts and crafts vendors.
From what I've seen in attending the bazaar, the emphasis here is more on "arts" than "crafts," with beautiful works by local artists and exhibitors.
The Brushcreek Bazaar would make a perfect girls' outing if you're looking for something fun to do with your girlfriends. But, it's also designed as an outdoor festival for the whole family.
Children will love the pony rides, eating their lunch or snacks on top of hay bales turned over as seating, the petting zoo and face painting.
Brush Creek Bazaar
When:
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday
Where:
10900 S. Louisville Avenue
Cost:
A one-time gate admission of $5 serves as a come and go pass for access to the three-day festival. Children 12 and younger are admitted free.
Tip:
Don't miss the roasted corn on the cob.
