Sarah Kaufmann, who carved a life-sized Golden Driller at last year's Tulsa State Fair, will be at the new Sam's Club in Tulsa Hills Shopping Center, 7757 S. Olympia Drive, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Kaufmann will be carving such images as the Golden Driller, Buffalo Horse and Boomer and Sooner from the University of Oklahoma from a mammoth chunk of Wisconsin cheddar cheese.
Kaufmann, who set the Guinness Book of World Records' mark for the world's largest cheese sculture at last month's Wisconsin State Fair, will be at the store 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. all three days.
