"Glee," in its third season on Fox, hits a milestone Thursday with its 500th musical performance.

In the episode, airing at 8:30 p.m. (instead of its usual 8 p.m.) on Fox, channel 23, cable 5, the glee club is given an assignment to sing their favorite songs from a movie.

Meanwhile, back in New York, Santana wuickly maker herself at home in Rachel and Kurt’s loft, much to their chagrin.

Also, members of New Directions perform the series' landmark 500th musical performance.
