Free museum admission Saturday

Three local museums are participating in Smithsonian magazine’s annual national “Museum Day Live!” event.

To receive free admission at Philbrook Museum of Art, Gilcrease Museum or the Tulsa Historical Society on Saturday, visitors can go to Smithsonian magazine’s website and print off a ticket.

Tickets are available at tulsaworld.com/museumday and are limited to one per household. Each ticket is good for the free admission of two adults. Children are admitted free.

Gilcrease Museum, 400 N. Gilcrease Museum Road, is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Historical Society, 2445 S. Peoria Ave., is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Philbrook Museum, 2727 S. Rockford Road, is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
